  If I could give them a 0 star I would! Their customer service is worthless. The manager there doesn't help fix the problem, but makes the issue worse. Their loan office Josie, has helped my husband and I numorous times and apparently can't find the paper work and never remeberes working with us, UNTIL we showed her our auto loan that had her loan officer number on it. This bank is worthless! I've never had this many issues with a bank! I will be finding another bank for my two loans with them. They use to be great, but they've gone down hill so much with their quality of work.

  Though the employees are really good at their job and are really friendly, this is the slowest bank I have ever been to. If it wasn't for the employee hospitality, I would've rated this location a 1 star. The problem is, the have four teller desks, but only have a max of 2 people work them. I'm really thinking about transferring to another bank because of this issue.
