  I had the worst experience at this branch!! I have been a member since 2006 and by far this branch is the worst Service possible!!. I needed to changed my name I brought my marriage license and id like told over the phone. The lady was rude and said they couldn't accept the marriage license because my previous name was not on it(my maiden name was). She asked for an older id or anything that had my previous name I provided her with my old marriage license, the voided license the dmv gave back, my birth certificate and my divorce papers. The lady was rude the whole time and I also had my 3 children with me.for an hour to be told there is nothing they can do. The girl justine got the manager sarab and the manager stated my divorce papers needed to have my name change in them even though that's not required by the state!.. I went to security service prior to also change my name and guess what they did it just fine! I love navy fed but after this I will be moving all our accounts to different banks. Thanks navy fed for the worst experience of my life!

  Was a bit worried due to the low ratings, but everybody was friendly and I was out in 10 minutes.

  Worse experience I've ever had with a bank. Went through drive up since I had my baby with me and it seemed easier, boy was i wrong! The teller put my husband's check into someone else's account. Then they tell me it will take 3 days to fix! Ill never use this branch again!!!
